Transformational Life Coaching or Metabolic Health Coaching
offered across the USA
Does this sound familiar?
You're someone who has a lot of life figured out:
You're highly effective at work...
you strive for excellence...
you're a fabulous problem solver...
And, you're very self-aware...
But inside, you feel chaotic, anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, unworthy, and unfulfilled.
You're not alone.
many people experience outward success only to feel like things are falling apart on the inside. Our external presentation doesn't always match the inner or interpersonal turmoil. We mask up and push hard to achieve our goals, but in doing so, we often neglect the authentic parts of ourselves that are yearning to be heard, seen, and acknowledged. And when we struggle to bring our whole Selves into our lives, we tend to limp along.
My passion is in helping ambitious individuals do the deep work and learn the internal and external skills to go from "fried crispy" and unhappy to thriving and fulfilled.
Why we do this work
. You're probably someone who can accomplish a lot and carry many responsibilities successfully. In fact, you might look like a duck - from a casual observer's perspective, you serenely glide across a lovely pond, but beneath the surface, those webbed feet are churning.
many of us feel a powerful drive to achieve, and we have done so... but at a cost. Perhaps your health isn't great at the moment, your sleep is suffering, your relationships are struggling, and you feel stuck in the grind with no clear path through that doesn't also feel like an endless energy-suck. The overwhelm kicks in, and you want to cut back, but there's an internal system of patterns at play that tells you if you slow down, there will be consequences. So you keep pushing.
Then, the inner critic gets very loud. Perhaps you feel like an impostor, or wonder if you're good enough, or worry about what others will think of you. Maybe you start judging or criticizing yourself before anyone else can.
Navigating perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout alone can feel completely overwhelming at times.
I know because I've been there too.
One of the gifts of feeling this way, is that when we feel awful and activated, we receive a roadmap for healing and profound transformation - mind, body, and soul. Every trigger becomes an opportunity to tune in, learn something important, and move forward with greater awareness, clarity and confidence.
What does perfectionism, burnout, and people-pleasing look like in action?
💛 Struggling to set (and stick to) healthy boundaries
💛 over-functioning at the expense of your wellbeing and others' growth
💛 Consistently neglecting your needs so as to attend to the needs of others
💛 Feeling like a failure when things don't go perfectly
💛 Drained and second-guessing yourself ALL. THE. TIME.
💛 Feeling lonely, inadequate, ill-equipped, or disconnected - whether partnered or single
💛 Overanalyzing everything and unsure if you can trust yourself
💛 Self-sabotaging - you know what you want but just keep getting in your own way
💛 Publicly successful, but privately feeling stuck and ready for change
💛 Feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure of what you truly want
These challenges aren't just annoying, they’re costing you.
By depleting your energy, confidence, intimacy, self-trust, career focus, productivity, wellbeing, and sometimes, even health.

Offerings
Creating true healing and change often requires a holistic viewpoint. Mind, body, and spirit coalesce in you to create your unique presence, informing how you feel, how you function, and how you relate to self and others, in both seen and unseen ways. These offerings support several interrelated dimensions of relationship health, with key distinctions, as outlined below.

The Therapy Process
The main objective of therapy is to assess and treat diagnosable mental health conditions. Therapy is right for you if you are a resident of CO, MA, MI, or TX and interested in participating in treatment for a diagnosable mental health concern.
Therapy is about healing past, present, and future. Individual therapy for burnout, people-pleasing, or perfectionism is about supporting you in reclaiming your energy, tuning into and honoring your needs, and creating the outcomes you want without sacrificing your wellbeing - in order to improve how you show up outwardly in all of your endeavors.
In therapy, we'll collaborate to determine what interventions would be most helpful for you. My therapeutic style is warm, invitational, and quite integrative, meaning I like to help you build insight by inviting self-inquiry, and I pull from a variety of modalities, as needed, and as useful. I welcome you to be involved in the process of discerning what approaches resonate most with you.
Therapy is offered only in the states where I am currently licensed: MA, Mi, TX, and CO.
Approaches often utilized:
-
Internal Family Systems / Parts-Work (IFS-Informed)
-
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping)
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
-
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
-
Mindfulness, meditation, and visualization
-

What about insurance?
Therapy for a diagnosable mental health concern is often covered by insurance under your in-network or out-of-network benefits, depending on your plan and location.
I am currently in-network with Aetna for clients who live in Texas or Massachusetts.
If you live in Colorado or Michigan, or if you live in Texas or Massachusetts and do not have Aetna insurance, let's check your out-of-network benefits for therapy to see if you still qualify for reimbursement using your insurance plan.

The Coaching Process
Coaching is distinct from therapy in that it is not intended to treat mental health conditions, nor is it appropriate for the treatment of diagnosable mental health concerns.
The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as:
"An ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Throughout the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life."
Coaching is primarily focused on creating forward momentum and movement towards your goals as you define them. In coaching, we spend less time unpacking the past, and more time on the present and future. The coaching relationship creates a container for accountability, goals, progress, support, insights, action, and ultimately for transformation. Coaching is not a service that is covered by insurance at this time.
Coaching is right for you if you do not suffer from a diagnosable mental health concern, or are not seeking therapeutic support for a mental health condition. If you are receiving appropriate support or treatment elsewhere from a qualified mental health professional, and/or are not interested in mental health treatment, then coaching may still be appropriate and helpful if you're seeking strategies, insight, motivation, clarity, and solutions to help you reach specific goals.
*Please note that if, in the course of our work together in the coaching container, a referral to a mental health professional would be beneficial or becomes necessary, I will, of course, provide one for you.
In the coaching capacity, I offer both holistic Transformational Life Coaching, as well as targeted Metabolic Health Coaching.
Regardless of your specific goals, I specialize in helping you gracefully and successfully improve your wellbeing and satisfaction, all while identifying and staying focused on what is most important to you, and reminding you that you are worthy and capable of feeling better and living better.

"The world around you is only beautiful when you are at peace with the world within you."
