I’m Carolyn, a Licensed Professional Counselor, who’s always been drawn to the “and” in life.
The mind and the body, the clinical and the spiritual, the practical tools and the deep inner knowing.
After more than 11 years in the mental health field, I’ve learned that healing rarely happens through one lens alone. Traditional therapy can help us name patterns, understand our wounds, and make sense of what shaped us. It's such an important step. But sometimes, we need more than insight in order to integrate.
My work brings the clinical, somatic, and spiritual together, so you can move beyond simply knowing what hurts and begin healing at the root.
What this feels like in sessions
Many of the people I support have spent years trying to understand themselves. They’re thoughtful, sensitive, intuitive, and committed to growth, but still override their needs or get stuck in loops of self-criticism.
In sessions, we’ll work collaboratively with your mind and body to help you experience your empowerment and express it differently, weaving in spiritual healing modalities only when they feel aligned for you. My hope is that you leave feeling more self-compassionate, sovereign, whole, and beautifully, simply... more like you.

Beyond my certifications,
My path to private practice included working in residential eating disorder treatment, inpatient psychiatric settings, integrative primary care, and metabolic health coaching. I've seen what chronic stress, burnout, and disconnection from the body actually look like in many different contexts.
