This practice offers psychotherapy and coaching as distinct services.

Psychotherapy is clinical mental health treatment for mental health conditions and is available only to clients physically located in CO, MI, NE, IA, GA, WI, OH, IL, KS, AR, MO, TX, or CO at the time of session.

Coaching is a non-clinical service focused on personal growth, self-leadership, and performance in life, work, and relationships. Coaching is not therapy and is not appropriate for individuals in need of clinical care or crisis support.

2. Location & Scope

Psychotherapy services are provided only when the clinician is physically located in a state where they are licensed and the client is physically located in one of the approved states listed above at the time of each session.

Coaching services are not subject to state licensure and may be offered to clients outside of licensed jurisdictions.

3. Crisis Notice

This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate distress, please contact 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

4. Nature of Work

Sessions may explore emotional, relational, behavioral, and life-related themes. Outcomes vary and are influenced by many factors, including client engagement and life circumstances.

5. Psychotherapy Approach

My psychotherapy approach is integrative and may include mind-body and experiential methods such as IFS-informed work, somatic and nervous system regulation, EFT tapping, mindfulness, psychospiritual work, and guided imagery to support deeper emotional processing and healing when clinically appropriate.

6. Coaching Approach

Coaching supports individuals who are generally functioning well and seeking greater clarity, self-trust, emotional steadiness, and aligned action. Coaching may include experiential practices such as mindfulness, visualization, guided imagery, or somatic awareness. These are optional and used for personal development and insight.

7. Confidentiality

Psychotherapy is confidential under HIPAA, with legally required exceptions. Coaching is private but not governed by HIPAA and does not carry the same legal confidentiality protections.

Electronic communication may not be fully secure.

8. Agreement

By engaging in services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
