Break cycles of burnout, overthinking, and self-doubt with holistic therapy that rebuilds self-trust

So much of our lived experience is an “inside job”

On the outside, things look fine, or maybe better than fine. But inside, you're exhausted from wearing all the masks.

You take care of everyone around you, often without thinking twice, and ignore your own needs.

You have so much on your plate, but there's a little voice inside that keeps urging you to do MORE.

You believe that if you just stay needed and useful, you’ll be accepted and fully loved by others.

But the stories we tell ourselves shape how we experience the world, which means when we change those stories, change is possible.

Let’s dissolve the protective habits obscuring your peace, power, and authenticity

Together, we’ll work through these patterns and where they live in your body, your nervous system, your internal parts, and the deeper stories underneath.

Protective, unhelpful patterns aren’t just superficial issues

They’re rooted in early survival and attachment experiences, and are often reinforced throughout life. But understanding where they come from can make it even more frustrating when you still don’t know how to change them.

My job is to help you work with these patterns at the level of mind, body, nervous system, internal parts, and spirit, so you can reconnect with what feels true and move forward with more integrity

There’s an opportunity embedded within your current challenges

What might be possible if you started to approach your struggles as invitations to heal? As opportunities to look more closely at patterns that keep resurfacing, especially during major life transitions, periods of burnout, or metaphorical “earthquakes,” where life roughly jostles us out of complacency and into discomfort and growth? Through this lens, how much more power and confidence might you gain access to as a result of your difficulties?

Instead of staying in the pain or getting trapped in your head, our work creates space to meet the dysregulated parts of yourself with inner wisdom and guidance, and begin harnessing your own power, evolution, and authenticity.

Here, you can begin to work through

Persistent anxiety

Chronic stress

Low self-esteem

People Pleasing

Difficult Relationships

Self-sabotage

Perfectionism

Feeling unworthy

Overthinking

Burnout

These pain points are not the whole of who you are, and they don’t have to be the place you stay.

A mind-body-spirit approach helps turn inner knowing into new ways of responding

This work helps bridge the gap between understanding your patterns and actually feeling grounded when stress shows up. As we explore what’s yours to control, and what isn’t, you’ll begin to understand your reactions more deeply: why they happen, what they’re protecting, and how to manage them differently.

With that understanding, you’ll begin to relate to yourself and others with more self-confidence and compassion.

No single approach can hold the full complexity of healing

In sessions, I may draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to support the kind of healing we’re working toward. You can learn more about each below.

All work is trauma-informed and tailored to your needs and preferences.

  • An evidence-based psychotherapy model to help you understand your different inner “parts” and foster more compassionate relationships between them.

  • A body-based approach to working with trauma and nervous system dysregulation that uses gentle physical awareness to restore regulation and resilience without requiring you to retell or relive traumatic events.

  • An evidence-based, mind-body practice that combines acupressure-point tapping with focused reflection to reduce emotional distress.

  • A structured form of psychotherapy to help you identify and shift negative thought patterns that may contribute to anxiety, depression, and stress.

  • A collaborative, person-centered approach to exploring ambivalence, strengthening motivation, and committing to positive behavior change.

  • A therapeutic listening program using filtered music to stimulate the vagus nerve and improve social engagement.

  • A set of mind-body approaches for understanding and regulating your nervous system responses with breathwork, movement, sound, and co-regulation.

  • Holistic mind-body-spirit practices that support emotional insight and self-discovery alongside traditional approaches. These may include oracle or tarot cards, crystals, guided imagery, visualization, Akashic-style meditations, energy healing principles, intuitive guidance, or shamanic elements.
