Yes, I am actively accepting new clients at this time, and welcome your outreach and any questions you may have about working together.

I’m able to offer a free 15-20 minute consultation via phone. You can schedule your free consultation HERE.This free consultation is a chance for both of us to feel out the connection, and it allows me to ensure my skillset, approach, and style are supportive of your objectives.
My practice is fully virtual at this time for clients located outside of Denver, CO. If you are local to the Denver, CO area, I offer both virtual and in-person options. In-person sessions take place in the Cherry Creek neighborhood. All virtual sessions are facilitated through a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform.
Phone sessions are also available for established clients upon request.
While therapy often delves into the past to support healing, coaching primarily looks forward, helping you consciously shape what comes next. In both, we can use somatic tools, parts work, mindset shifts, or spiritual insight, depending on your needs and goals.
The biggest difference comes down to what kind of support you need right now:
Therapy may be the best fit if you’re:
Struggling with a diagnosable mental health concern related to anxiety, depression, trauma, or past experiences that still feel unresolved
Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or dysregulated to the point where it’s often impacting your day-to-day
Needing a safe space to process significant pain, grief, or inner wounds
Wanting to understand yourself more deeply and heal
Looking for support that is rooted in clinical training and designed to treat mental health concerns
Coaching may be right for you if you’re:
Emotionally stable in general but feeling stuck, unclear, or misaligned in one or more areas of life
Ready to take action on a goal or shift a relationship dynamic, but aren’t sure how to do so
Looking for practical tools, perspective, and accountability
Interested in personal growth, gaining clarity, reaching specific goals or outcomes, optimizing, or reconnecting with and living true to your values
Not needing treatment for a mental health diagnosis or emotional crisis
Still unsure? That’s okay. We can talk it through during a free consultation to determine what feels most supportive for where you are right now. And if it turns out that another kind of care would be a better fit, I’ll always guide you toward the right next step.
You're not alone in this process, and you don’t have to figure it out all by yourself.
Both of these options are holistic and integrative in nature and focused on supporting you in experiencing something different. However, the key differences are that therapy is about healing the past, treating mental health concerns, and tending to emotional wounds, whereas coaching is about meeting you right where you are and helping you step into your next chapter with clarity and intention. Each is powerful in its own right. If you're unsure which one is best for you, I'm happy to help you decide.
Keep in mind that once you’ve chosen therapy or coaching, we will not be able to switch from one to the other. I am always happy to support you with appropriate resources or referrals if, at any point, you do need that additional support.
